How wunderfull should it be to buy a large piece of ground and build a small thuny house on it ?

The M.A.Di home is for sale in various sizes between 27m2 to 84m2. The house is made of CLT (cross layer wood) by specialist Area Legno in Italy. Each house consists of two floors with a kitchen, dining room and bathroom on the first floor and a bedroom on the second floor.
